It is imperative to lose weight and to slim down if you are an individual who is overweight. Be gracious with your body and frame now because when we are still young, our body can still tolerate punishments. Allow your heart to work less. Physical stress on your body must be taken away. Improve your muscle tone and also avoid fat.
