Foods that are rich in carbohydrates, for instance, include wheat, whole grains, rice, pasta, potatoes and mushrooms. Also, green vegetables, such as peppers and cabbage and fruits, such as strawberries, peaches, blueberries and bananas are high in carbohydrates.

There are also a lot of protein rich foods out there too. Foods like chicken, steak, fish, pork and turkey, for instance, can help you with natural bodybuilding. Also, nuts, egg whites, cottage cheese and more are high in protein and can give your body a natural boost.

Another of the secrets to natural bodybuilding is to have a great workout routine. That means that you need to include a warm up, before you exercise. Warming up for five to ten minutes before a routine can really get your blood pumping and help you to avoid getting injured while you work out.

Stretching is also important. Jogging, touching your toes and star jumping can help to loosen you up before a routine. You can also do push-ups, sit-ups, squats and more, right in your home. Another of the secrets to natural bodybuilding is to alternate your routine. So, for instance, do ten push-ups, then ten sit-ups then ten squats and so on.
