I have heard and used this line a number of times before, at home at work and while with my friends. Allow me to take a few minutes of your time to share about how to stop food cravings.
It is not eating too much that causes food cravings or gaining some weight instead it is the [selection|choice] of food you [eat|indulge in|allow yourself to eat|find yourself eating]. Cravings for food are heightened when eating some certain types of foods i.e. some type of food stimulates and increases them and taking or eating another group of foods may help stop them. This “good” food has the power to enable you to stop your cravings. Let me make an example here, you can choose to take some vitamins in order to stop them such as B vitamins – also known as b-vitamins. These are essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates into the simple sugar glucose. There is plenty if food that contains b-complex vitamins. For example, you can find them in rice, liver, meats, whole-grain cereals fruits, fish, milk, leafy green vegetables and eggs.
It follows then that food cravings are by and large caused by chemical imbalances in our body system and so by eating the right foods with the right nutrients will enable your body to access the necessary ingredients to help it function normally and be in a position to control the chemical orientation in your body. If you ask me I will recommend using natural ways to deal with your food addiction problems and you can do this by understanding the body’s chemical make-up and then help balance it up by eating the right kind of food.

You can easily control your eating habits without spending thousands on useless and artificial products. For instance, to curb PMS cravings, I often tell people to take stock and do the following, watch your emotional triggers that provoke your cravings, exercise often as this has a good effect on your mood, everytime you feel like eating something especially something sweet just drink a glass of water as this can help a lot also replace your junk food with some healthy food e.g. sugar less chocolates.
